Controlling Your Emotions



The Human system  is river full of emotion, feeling whether pain, love, pities or hate they are all feeling we all possess, These feeling determined who we are and also have an important role in our life, Some people display their feelings or emotion in so many ways while others are hard or doesn’t easily display their internal content.
 Today we are talking about these feelings we have, these emotion whether strong or weak. Many people are being controlled by their emotion not because they are weak but because they have a   disturbed internal feeling, the river of their feeling is being disturbed. In most case this disturbance is due to their though, Due to the way they see things moving around them.
Their feelings are hard or may be full of negativity, not only people with negative though will face this disturbance. It should be noted that we all have negative and positive though; these though grow up our feelings,
 Taking an example for Men, Ladies don't worry your turn will come okay
  So working on Men, When we see a girl or woman for the first time, our though or brain execute a mathematic calculation made up of Boolean algebra involve a 'Yes' Or 'No' answer and some other conditional though like a conversation between the Brain and our decisive though,
   Brain «Is she Beautiful"
    Though" Yes"
                Decisive site" But she is too skinny, kind of black or but i don't like her hair color".
All these decision making releases an internal feeling which may be either negative or positive toward such person and these feeling will determined a particular reaction and relation between you and the person, This is same with the Ladies finally, The ladies will judge us from what we wear or how we speak even our look then develop a particular feeling and relation toward us.
  But here I’m not talking about relation stuff I’m about how to control the Negative emotion we internal have, At rest, Our system is about 70%- 80% positive and the rest Negative BUT just the 20% Negative is able to damage or cause so many harm to the system.
  Example of these Harm could be a constant frowning on our face or a certain bad way of talking or entering a conversation with others or friends, Anger is one of the most incurable damage caused by an increase in the percentage of Negativity in our System,
Frowning due to Emotional Stress
  Anger is what can take total control over our body just for a few minutes but the damage could be a whole life or very catastrophic.
  Anger lift us High, Control our though with bad planning, Force us unto to what we don’t want to do, Anger trigger us to danger and when we response to it with negative though this explode with damages to us and even to our environment. People are fast reacting leading to unwilling decision, hard time and bad result.
  Anger start bit by bits and when it get to it top, It block or even stop our positive though, In order term anger acts like a Virus, It trigger our sensitivity ,It is very calculative and sensitive to our though. Taking all it's time waiting for a right moment to strike us when we go mad or when we feel hard,
Out of  Control due Hanger

  Anger is very opportunistic, Waiting when something is wrong and ready to strike by killing our emotional feel(positive ones) and implement hard feeling then forcing us to react in such a way that we can't control, Anger’s rules is a disadvantage to us, People unable to search their internal faith are unable to control this Strong Emotion. As strong as it is, there is always a weak point,
  For Affectionate people, their anger is control mostly by their closest relation like son, mother, girlfriend, wife etc. while others by flattery. Some hard ones realize their anger in time and are able to control it while other just releases all their content.
   We should learn how to control it in order to avoid it after effect:
 Being calm, cool
 Taking time to react
 Deciding making before anything
 Good feeling planning
 Trusting God and Seeking advice from other
  All these and many more will help you control your emotional, other people can add more on the comment bar and note that good manners, good though and calm will help be a good person.....
